Warrior Conditioning Program

Transform your Body, Mind & Spirit!

Warrior conditioning is a group conditioning class with an eclectic blend of military training, bodyweight exercises, boxing, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, yoga and gymnastics designed to challenge and thereby transform you not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well.

Transform the body by losing body fat, increasing lean muscle, and improving cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, agility, coordination and balance.

Transform the mind by developing greater discipline, focus and determination and also reducing stress.

Transform the spirit by cultivating the warrior spirit through intense physical and mental work and membership in the tribe of warriors where you feel the camaraderie and shared bond of what it means to be a warrior.
